Paul Evans

Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Support Services, Paul has spearheaded over a decade of transformative growth, evolving the company into a £170m+ industry leader. Central to this trajectory is his ‘front-line first’ philosophy;  ensuring the business and its 7,500 strong family members remains anchored in its core values of being employee-led and customer-centric, whilst relentlessly driving ethical labour standards across the sector.

The son of a Police Officer, with over 25 years of FM and security experience, Paul is highly dedicated to the continuous improvement of the industry. Serving as Chair of the S12 Security Guarding Industry Leadership Group, in this capacity, he acts as the definitive voice for the private security sector, collaborating directly with the UK Government and Security Minister to address the most critical issues facing the industry today.

Leading a highly experienced senior management team, Paul’s unwavering commitment to elevating the FM and security landscape is further evidenced by his former leadership tenures as Vice Chair of the UKCMA, Executive Officer of the NAHS, and Co-Chair of the Living Wage Foundation’s Recognised Service Provider Leadership Group. Across these platforms, he remains a vocal advocate for fair pay, professional standards, and stronger collaboration between private and public authorities.
