Matt Wood is Joint Owner and Head of Futures and ESG at Millwood Fire Safety Engineering, where he leads the company’s long-term growth strategy and sustainability agenda. Having joined the business as a trainee engineer in 1999, Matt has held over 20 roles across the organisation, giving him a deep, practical understanding of its operations and evolution.
Now focused on future planning and ESG, Matt plays a central role in shaping Millwood’s direction, including leading its B Corp certification journey and contributing to long-term tender strategy. His work ensures the business continues to grow responsibly while maintaining the standards and values it has built over more than 30 years.
