Benny Wunderlich is Group Managing Director of Sasse UK, where he has played a central role in transforming the business into one of the UK’s leading integrated facilities management providers. With a background in Economics, Benny has spent the past 16 years building the UK operation of the Sasse Group from the ground up, driving sustained organic growth alongside a series of strategic acquisitions.
Under his leadership, Sasse UK has evolved from a predominantly soft services provider into a fully integrated FM business delivering nationwide solutions across cleaning, hygiene and support services, fabric maintenance, projects, passive fire protection, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and M&E services. Today, the wider UK group employs more than 1,300 people and continues to expand both its capabilities and operational reach.
Benny has led the strategic repositioning of the business around customer-focused integrated FM, with a strong emphasis on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term partnership building. He is also a strong advocate for the integration of AI and technology within facilities management, recognising its potential to deliver smarter services, greater efficiencies, and more responsive customer experiences.
