Camilla Marcus-Dew is Co-Founder of Amplify Goods and a recognised leader in the social enterprise and sustainability sectors, with more than a decade of experience connecting purpose-driven people, organisations, and ideas to create meaningful social and environmental impact. Her work focuses on building partnerships that balance commercial success with positive outcomes for communities and the planet.

Alongside her role at Amplify Goods, Camilla serves as Head of Ventures at Connection Crew, helping develop initiatives that create social value while minimising environmental harm. She previously co-founded ethical brands The Soap Co and BECŌ, pioneering sustainable innovations within the luxury goods sector while supporting employment opportunities for disabled people.

An On Purpose Fellow and accredited IEMA Sustainability Practitioner, Camilla has been recognised through numerous industry awards, including Everywoman, Female Frontier, and the WISE 100. She is also a respected advisor and judge within the sustainability community, supporting emerging businesses focused on circular economy principles and social impact.
