Graham Perry is the co-founder and Managing Director of Datore, the UK’s only subscription-based fractional data department.
With 40 years in technology and 20 in the built environment, Graham brings a combination of engineering discipline and operational FM knowledge to a problem the industry has struggled with for decades: too much data, not enough insight.
At Datore, he leads a team that acts as a fractional data department for FM service providers and in-house FM teams – handling everything from data strategy, architecture and engineering through to dashboards, analytics, automations, client portals, and strategic insights. For that work, Datore won the IWFM Impact Award for Best SME-Led Innovation this year.
Graham has been a judge of the Technology category for the IWFM Awards for the last 6 years and the i-FM Awards for the last 9 years.
He is a Corporal in the RAuxAF where he has shared his expertise in the Intelligence division since 2021 and has been recently promoted to the RAF Digital Reserve to do what he does best: building a strategy for making as much impact with data as possible.
