Neil Spencer-Cook is Group Managing Director of BICSc, where he leads the organisation’s strategic direction and global growth. Having joined in 2015 as Head of Finance, he has played a central role in shaping the Institute’s evolution; combining commercial insight with a strong understanding of customer needs gained from experience across industries including hospitality and film production.
Neil is a passionate advocate for using technology to improve standards and efficiency within the cleaning sector. He was instrumental in the development of the BICSc CPSS Assessor app and the expansion of the Virtual Training Suite, helping bring accessible, high-quality training to a global audience.
With a background in finance and extensive board-level experience, Neil brings a balanced, commercially aware approach to leadership, with a clear focus on delivering innovation, value, and long-term impact for the industry.
