An award-winning business leader and recognised industry connector, Nicola established FM Connect to help people expand their networks, share knowledge, and build meaningful business relationships in a more accessible and engaging way.
With more than 20 years of experience recruiting within the FM industry and over a decade organising events for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), Nicola has built an extensive and trusted network throughout the sector. Her achievements include recognition as Networker of the Year and inclusion among the Top 50 Workplace Leaders, reflecting both her influence and commitment to strengthening industry collaboration.
Alongside FM Connect, Nicola is Managing Director of Infinite Group, a specialist facilities and property management recruitment and business development consultancy, and is also involved with Fabric Maintenance Projects (FMP), an FM service provider delivering maintenance and fit-out projects across the Midlands. She also supports business growth initiatives within the wider built environment sector through consultancy and strategic account development roles.
