Richard Sykes is a growth-minded leader currently serving as Senior Vice President and President of ABM UK & Ireland. Since taking on the role in May 2023, he has focused on strengthening internal operations, expanding the client base, and creating new opportunities for team members at every level. Richard began his career at Taylor Woodrow, developing through a range of facilities management roles before moving to ISS, where he held several senior leadership positions over more than a decade, including Regional CEO roles. Leading large multi-billion-dollar operations across international markets equipped him with deep expertise in transformation, team building, and delivering strategic growth at scale. That experience is now driving ABM’s next phase of development across the UK and Ireland.
